PL Ranch is currently composed of eight owner-members in the governing Limited Liability Corporation.  Limited to ten total Members, the rare opportunity to buy into this fantastic property won't last long.

The LLC is controlled by vote of the owners with all actions requiring 70% approval to pass.

Ownership affords full privileges at the facility and one or more private rooms depending upon ownership interest. Owners may elect to place shipping containers on the property should they decide not to store their equipment in the barn facility.

Owners pay operational costs in proportion to their ownership interest each year and enjoy the benefits of income provided from time to time through oil and natural gas surface leasing and mineral right royalties.  Other opportunities for income present themselves regularly and each potential engagement is voted on by the owners.

Under current rules, owner Members are allowed to bring up to five guests on the property at a time. Bringing more than the specified number of guests is possible with prior LLC approval.   Owners may even reserve the facility for special events for their groups or organizations.  Guests may hunt with the owner but must follow all general rules as well as hunting rules.  Each Member is currently allowed an annual quota for each Texas Parks & Wildlife controlled species.  Please see Gallery tab above for images of the various wildlife on the property.

There are a set of agreed upon rules of conduct for the property that must be followed by all owners and their guests.   This allows the property to be pet and family friendly, safe, and well maintained.  Rules can be modified from time to time as needed through vote of the ownership.
